One Private Bedroom and Bath Available in a Two Bedroom Apartment in Corvallis, Benton County, Oregon

This is a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment for students located on Harrison Blvd called “The Domain in Corvallis.” There will already be a roommate living there. She is a good roommate and keeps things clean. I am looking for someone to take over my one bedroom and one bathroom lease. It is a first floor apartment.These are fully furnished, brand new built apartments. I am moving back to my hometown to do online school for the rest of the year. I am looking for someone to take it over between December 15th 2019-January 1st 2020. The kitchen and living room is shared with a roommate as well as a washer and dryer in the unit. All other expenses such as water, electricity, wifi and garbage are included in the rent. The living room also has a 50inch Smart Tv. You could easily walk or bike to OSU if weather permits and there is a free shuttle that goes to OSU every 30 minutes.
